After raising over Ā£1.7M and receiving grant funding from Innovate UK in 2023, we're fundraising again this year so we can continue to develop amazing technology and expand as a global team. We're at a critical junction in our growth and need your help.
To build an app that truly works for families of all types, we need a team with lived experiences as diverse as the people that make up those families - so we really need and want applications from people with all types of diverse backgrounds.
This is why we use a debiased application process using āAppliedā for all our roles. We start by asking written questions focused on assessing your approach to real Lumio problems that need solving and the core skills required ā no cover letters, ānice to havesā or other fluff! And we'll send all applicants feedback so you can see how you did in the context of the all applicants.
Throughout all our interviews, every candidate gets the same questions and we use review guides to tackle our unconscious bias the best we can!
